Privacy
Baablon handles personal data with discretion and a clear purpose. This document describes what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can request access, correction or deletion.
What we collect
- Data you submit through the contact and director introduction forms: name, email, organisation, country, message and files you choose to attach.
- Data in profiles published on The Brazilian Cut, always with the director's authorisation.
- Sensitive identity information such as gender, race/colour and age is self-declared, optional and published only with explicit consent.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries, conduct curation and professional conversations, and manage relationships with directors, producers, financiers, distributors, exhibitors, festivals and press.
- Introduction submissions remain private. No submitted content is published without your authorisation.
- We do not sell data and we do not use submitted data for third-party advertising.
Your rights
- You may request access, correction, portability, withdrawal of consent or deletion of your data at any time.
- Requests can be sent to privacidade@baablon.com.br and are answered as soon as possible.
Retention and security
- Data is stored in an environment restricted to authorised Baablon staff.
- We keep records for as long as the professional relationship requires, or until you request deletion.
